Polyester ³⁺ knitwear: exclusive to Feelnets
Born of the marine world – that of sailboats and catamarans – Polyester ³⁺ mesh is Feelnets’ benchmark material for outdoor nets. High-tenacity polyester with anti-UV treatment (250 kly), it combines high mechanical strength, a low relaxation rate and excellent resistance over time to UV, humidity and temperature variations.
Available in two mesh sizes according to use: the 30×30 mm is the most versatile – lighter, available in 7 colors, suitable for sunbeds and terraces as well as interior fittings, it lets a lot of light through. The denser 13×13 mm
is recommended for projects where comfort is a priority.

PVC Mesh
PVC Mesh is a premium choice. Originally designed for large catamarans and the most demanding marine conditions, it’s a material in a class of its own: smooth, knot-free surface, zero relaxation rate, extreme resistance. Its edge is welded and sewn, with the option of all-round eyelets or grommet sleeves.
In addition to large boats, it is also used in luxury hotels, professional playgrounds and high-end residential installations seeking a flawless premium finish. Available in white and in two thicknesses depending on the intensity of use.

How to install an outdoor net? Fixings and installation
The installation of a Feelnets outdoor net is based on three elements: fasteners, tensioning and support. Each order is delivered with the net made to the exact dimensions of your configuration, the fasteners adapted to your type of structure and a complete installation guide. Installation is accessible to two DIY enthusiasts using standard tools.
Wood fasteners
On a wooden structure, the nets are fastened using screw rings or textile slings passed around the uprights. This solution preserves the integrity of the wood and allows dismantling without damage – ideal for wooden terraces and pergolas.
Fixings on concrete or steel
On concrete or steel, expansion dowels or welded plates ensure strong, durable fixing. Tension is adjusted with stainless steel turnbuckles, enabling the net to be adjusted after installation in the event of loosening due to thermal variations.
Maintenance
A properly tensioned outdoor net should not warp or wrinkle. In terms of maintenance, rinsing with clear water once a year is all that’s needed to maintain the net’s appearance and strength over the long term.

Our UV-treated high-strength polyester netting has an estimated lifespan of between 6 and 8 years in intensive outdoor use. This depends on UV exposure, frequency of use and local climatic conditions. Annual maintenance by simply rinsing with clear water significantly extends its life.
Is the exterior net wind-, rain- and UV-resistant?
Yes. Our ³⁺ Polyester Mesh nets are UV-treated (250 kly) and weather-resistant: rain, humidity, wind. PVC Mesh offers even greater resistance for highly exposed environments or extreme marine conditions.
