Trampoline Nets for Catamarans: Our Custom Solutions
Every Feelnets net is custom-made to the exact dimensions of your deck. The concept is always the same: a trampoline crafted to the precise measurements of your catamaran, made from the material best suited to your sailing conditions, and delivered with tension ropes and a complete installation guide.
Designed in France and manufactured in France and Europe, each net is inspected before shipment and packaged to withstand long-distance transport.
The trampoline net: the centerpiece of the catamaran
Stretched between the two hulls at the bow of the boat, the trampoline is the catamaran’s main living space: a place for sailing, relaxing, and maneuvering. Constantly exposed to spray, salt, sun, and friction, it wears out and must be replaced every three to seven years, depending on the intensity of use and the material chosen. A net in poor condition compromises both safety on board and sailing comfort.

Strings and Finishes
The edge of the net is just as important as the mesh itself. Our polyester nets feature an overlocked binding around the entire perimeter, which reinforces the edge and serves as an attachment point for the lacing. Serge Ferrari PVC Mesh nets feature a welded and sewn binding, with the option of grommets or sleeves for rods depending on your mounting system. Dyneema is supplied with a finish suitable for competition use. On a catamaran, since the attachment points are already present on the boat, only the tension line is needed to lace the net: a 6 mm line, using either a single-strand or point-by-point lacing method.
