Feelnets designed a made-to-measure mezzanine net, attached to a black metal structure. This original framing solution brings modernity, contrast and lightness to this characterful interior. The void thus becomes a real suspended relaxation area and a link between floors.
A contemporary project at the heart of a characterful interior
In this house with a strong character, the owners wanted to open up the room on the first floor to bring in light and create a link between the floors. Feelnets therefore designed a made-to-measure mezzanine net, attached to a tubular metal structure – a rare and original solution.
A housing net attached to a metal structure
The net installed is a white residential net with 30×30 mm mesh.
It rests on a black tubular steel structure designed specifically for the project.
This technical choice ensures reliable, long-lasting fastening and adds a contemporary signature to the installation.
The black structure contrasts sharply with the white net, highlighting the large rectangular net. The overall look is modern, sober and graphic.
A subtle dialogue between metal, stone, wood and lime
One of the room’s walls is made of old stone, full of character, while the other mixes lime and wood, in natural, soothing tones.
Against these traditional materials, the black metal structure creates a controlled contrast. It is this contrast that gives the ensemble such personality.
The mesh becomes a link between the materials, rather than a break between them.
This project illustrates the architectural potential of interior mesh, and Feelnets’ perfect mastery of the art of customizing the ideal mesh for your project.
